   In dark chocolate cocoa butter contains at least 50%, in the milk - about 35%, and even in white chocolate cocoa butter always present. The list of allergens cocoa products occupy almost the last place. However, when producing chocolate, cocoa butter is often replaced with cheaper ingredients: palm oil, coconut oil, peanut oil, which just are potent allergens.

   As part of the chocolate milk is necessarily present. Allergic to milk protein (lactose intolerance) are often, especially in children.

    Almost all chocolate products added antioxidant E322 - soy lecithin. Allergy to soy is mainly in children aged 2-3 years, in adults it manifests itself in rare cases such as idiosyncrasy of soy protein.

  Most chocolates contain nuts, in particular peanuts and peanut oil found in every second. Also often used as filler in various fruits and raisins, coffee and vanillin as additives. All of this - a very common allergens.
